8,1 inches is the size of the display on the new compact T800 rugged tablet. Built for today’s mobile workforce, the new tablet features the latest wireless technology and unique SnapBack add-ons and runs Windows 8.1 Pro. The T800 is designed to be the perfect combination of a compact rugged tablet without sacrificing screen size.
The T800 tablet has a thin and light design, 24 mm thick, less than 23 cm x 16 cm in size and weighs just 880g. Designed to fit easily in just one hand.
Getac T800 uses LumiBond™ technology to achieve a display that is more readable and offers better contrast and more crips colors than any other rugged tablet display. By bonding the display glass with the touch panel and LCD, a single pane is created that is both more durable and improves readability.
Inside the T800 there is an incredible amount of power and technology. Built with the latest Intel® Pentium® N3530 2,16GHz quad-core processor technology. The T800 can remain running at near full speed when other tablets processors would otherwise throttle back performance to avoid overheating.
The T800 is designed for expandability with unique SnapBack add-ons. Integrated as an extension to the T800, you can add on an extended battery or a 2-in-1 SmartCard reader & RFID reader. And they easily snap right on and off – no tools necessary.
